1. Minimum Invoiced Order Amount, minus applicable Discounts, Taxes, Freight etc., has to be Rs. 1,000/-. Incase of lower amounts, Rs. 250/- will be charged as Administrative Charges/Order Management Charges. Our code OMC.
2. Orders will be accepted only in Writing – By Postal, Courier, Fax or by E-mail. Verbal Orders will not be accepted.
3. Standard package included in the price.
4. Transport at buyer’s expense.
5. Items covered under warranty are subject to certain conditions:

Each Instrument is strictly inspected before being sold.  However, if there should be any defect due to any manufacturing defect within the stated warranty period as mentioned in the accompanying Warranty Certificate, the instrument will be repaired free of cost, excluding those due to incorrect use and careless handling.

Please Note:

a)     Batteries are not covered under Warranty.

b)     Any Instrument, containing pH or ORP Electrodes, only the Instrument will be under Warranty.  PH or ORP Electrodes do not have any warranty.

c)     Probes are not covered by Warranty, since they can be irreparably damaged if incorrectly used.

d)     Warranty on Pressure Transmitters are not covered for Rupture of Diaphragm/breakages/high pressures applied etc.  Pressure Lines though under regulated conditions, sometimes, develop abnormal Surges, which affect the diaphragm for which HTAIPL will not be subject to honour the warranty.  It is always advisable to use ‘Surge Suppressors’ in the line where a Pressure Transmitter is to be fitted.

Waterproof & IP65 rated Instruments, should be used in accordance with the Instructions given in the manual.  Beyond this, any water entry inside the instrument will not be covered under warranty.
